Campus 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es un hecho que hay pocas mujeres estudian inform\u00e1tica. Este a\u00f1o, el porcentaje de mujeres matriculadas en el Grado de Inform\u00e1tica en la <a href=\"http:\/\/etsiit.ugr.es\">ETSIIT<\/a> no supera el 10%, siendo una de las carreras con m\u00e1s desequilibrio entre sexos de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ugr.es\">UGR<\/a> (en realidad, el porcentaje de hombres en Educaci\u00f3n Infantil es a\u00fan menor), y en todo caso much\u00edsimo menor que <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Women_in_computing#Statistics_in_the_Workforce\">el porcentaje actual de mujeres trabajando en tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n<\/a>. El porcentaje ha ido disminuyendo a lo largo de los a\u00f1os; una tendencia global, pero m\u00e1s acentuada en Granada. Esto no tiene que ser necesariamente un problema, pero <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mujeres_en_inform%C3%A1tica\">en la pr\u00e1ctica empresas como Microsoft, IBM tratan de hacer la Inform\u00e1tica una carrera m\u00e1s atractiva para las mujeres<\/a>; con empresas como IBM ofreciendo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacer.org\/stc\/exite\/\">campamentos para chicas de instituto<\/a> donde aprendan a usar la inform\u00e1tica de forma instrumental, un enfoque que les puede resultar m\u00e1s interesante.<br \/>\nCon esta idea en mente y aprovechando la convocatoria anual de <a href=\"http:\/\/cs4hs.com\">CS4HS<\/a>, Computer Science for Highs Schools por parte de Google, que premia iniciativas para estimular el inter\u00e9s por la inform\u00e1tica en alumnos de instituto, se propuso un programa con el lema \u201cNosotras tambi\u00e9n construimos\u201d, un campus tecnol\u00f3gico impartido por y dirigido a mujeres. Y Google nos concedi\u00f3 el premio el pasado 1 de abril, financiando la iniciativa.<br \/>\nEl campus tendr\u00e1 lugar del 7 al 18 de julio de este a\u00f1o. Gracias a la financiaci\u00f3n de Google, el campamento ser\u00e1 gratuito para las chicas elegidas. Se escoger\u00e1n 25 alumnas de 3\u00ba de ESO a 2\u00ba de Bachillerato, que hayan elegido preferentemente o vayan a elegir Ciencias o Bachillerato Cient\u00edfico T\u00e9cnico, y hasta 5 profesoras que impartan F\u00edsica, Matem\u00e1ticas o Tecnolog\u00eda en institutos de cualquier tipo.<br \/>\nLas profesoras del curso son todas licenciadas por la UGR, y pr\u00e1cticamente todas en Inform\u00e1tica o Telecomunicaciones. Las clases tendr\u00e1n un enfoque pr\u00e1ctico y estar\u00e1n encaminadas a que las alumnas aprendan herramientas b\u00e1sicas de programaci\u00f3n y creen, en grupo, una aplicaci\u00f3n para m\u00f3viles, un juego o un dispositivo de cualquier tipo basado en <a href=\"http:\/\/arduino.cc\">Arduino<\/a> o <a href=\"http:\/\/raspberrypi.org\">Raspberry Pi<\/a>. Al final del curso las alumnas habr\u00e1n terminado un peque\u00f1o proyecto inform\u00e1tico y, adem\u00e1s, habr\u00e1n aprendido a trabajar en grupo usando herramientas TIC y a presentar los resultados de las mismas. Las monitoras ser\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n estudiantes de inform\u00e1tica o telecomunicaciones de los \u00faltimos cursos, y ayudar\u00e1n a todos los grupos de trabajo a llevar a cabo los proyectos; estos se evaluar\u00e1n y recibir\u00e1n una serie de premios.<br \/>\nEste campus tecnol\u00f3gico tendr\u00e1 el apoyo del resto de la <a href=\"http:\/\/detic.ugr.es\">Delegaci\u00f3n del Rector para las TIC<\/a>, que aporta medios, recursos y personal a la organizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del mismo. Una empresa local, <a href=\"http:\/\/codeko.com\">Codeko<\/a>, tambi\u00e9n lo patrocina. Tambi\u00e9n le da continuidad (y, de hecho, se solapar\u00e1 en el tiempo) con el <a href=\"http:\/\/osl.ugr.es\/2013\/05\/21\/quinto-campus-de-software-libre-de-la-ugr\/\">Campus Infantil de Software Libre<\/a>, que la OSL organiza todos los a\u00f1os y que tendr\u00e1 este a\u00f1o su sexta edici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa preinscripci\u00f3n se abrir\u00e1 en breve.
