Me decant\u00e9 por la Ingenier\u00eda Qu\u00edmica Industrial porque considero que <strong>es una carrera que abarca varios campos de estudio<\/strong>, lo que puede dar pie a un mayor n\u00famero de oportunidades laborales. Adem\u00e1s, al estar \u00edntimamente relacionada con la <strong>investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>mejora de la calidad de vida<\/strong> de las personas en diversos \u00e1mbitos la hacen de lo m\u00e1s interesante. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 crees que estos estudios los hacen pocas chicas?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Considero que <strong>la sociedad ha jugado desde siempre un importante papel en este aspecto<\/strong>. Tradicionalmente, la ingenier\u00eda ha estado relacionada con los hombres, y lamentablemente son pocos los casos de chicas que se deciden a romper con este t\u00f3pico. De hecho, en mi promoci\u00f3n, fui <strong>la \u00fanica chica<\/strong> que escog\u00ed el bachillerato cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gico, pero no me supuso ninguna traba para lograr estudiar lo que quer\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfEst\u00e1s contenta con tus estudios?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a1S\u00ed! No se puede negar que no sea una carrera con dificultad, que requiere <strong>pasi\u00f3n por la ciencia<\/strong> y un trabajo constante. Sin embargo, se adquieren conocimientos que, sin darnos cuenta, intervienen diariamente en nuestras vidas y su progreso, haciendo que el esfuerzo realizado merezca la pena. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfQue les dir\u00edas a otras chicas sobre este campo de la ingenier\u00eda?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sin duda, <strong>animo a las chicas a que le den una oportunidad a estos estudios<\/strong> ya que, por supuesto, somos igualmente capaces de sacarlos adelante y es una manera de impulsar a las mujeres a abrirse camino en <strong>nuevos campos laborales<\/strong> en los que resultaba, cuanto menos extra\u00f1o, que estuviesen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfEs m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil para una chica abrirse paso en este sector?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Personalmente, no creo que por el hecho de ser una chica, haya m\u00e1s dificultad hoy en d\u00eda para llegar a este sector. Al menos, en mi caso no ha sido as\u00ed. Simplemente es una cuesti\u00f3n de ideales que hay que <strong>romper<\/strong> y que espero que poco a poco la sociedad los supere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu puesto de trabajo ideal?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Desde siempre me llamaba la atenci\u00f3n la <strong>docencia<\/strong> y, aunque a\u00fan me parece una buena opci\u00f3n, ahora que estoy finalizando mis estudios de ingenier\u00eda me he dado cuenta de que <strong>la investigaci\u00f3n y el trabajo en el laboratorio<\/strong> son los aspectos de la rama de la qu\u00edmica m\u00e1s apasionantes para m\u00ed. Ser\u00eda estupendo poder combinarlo con la docencia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 opinas de la conciliaci\u00f3n laboral y familiar?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, la familia no debe ser un impedimento para llegar a alcanzar unas metas laborales. No obstante, <strong>se debe seguir avanzando en este tema<\/strong> para ayudar a las mujeres a no tener que discernir entre trabajo y familia. Una forma ser\u00eda conseguir la <strong>igualdad respecto al sueldo para el mismo trabajo de hombres y mujeres<\/strong>, entre otras.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfTe motivan tus estudios?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">S\u00ed. Creo que debido a la dificultad que tiene esta carrera, el hecho de ir superando poco a poco cada asignatura, hace que crezca tu <strong>autoestima<\/strong> y que te veas <strong>capaz de conseguir lo que te propongas<\/strong>, siempre y cuando le dediques el tiempo y trabajo necesarios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los factores m\u00e1s importantes a considerar en tus estudios?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Como en cualquier aspecto de la vida, el trabajo es la clave del \u00e9xito<\/strong>. En la ingenier\u00eda, considero que es muy importante el empe\u00f1o, la constancia, la responsabilidad, y por supuesto, tener una clara vocaci\u00f3n en esta \u00e1rea. Cuando te interesa lo que estudias, se hace mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Una reflexi\u00f3n final sobre el papel de la mujer en la ingenier\u00eda&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: sourcesanspro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A lo largo de la historia han sido varias las <strong>mujeres que han demostrado tener un papel decisivo<\/strong> en este campo y es importante que <strong>se sigan sumando nuevos nombres<\/strong>, favoreciendo as\u00ed el avance de la ingenier\u00eda, y a su vez, de la sociedad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ana Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda Ruiz es una joven linarense que ha hecho\u00a0Bachillerato cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gico en el I.E.S.
